Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, used pillowcases cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping
